Help... no one will answer...?

I'm a guy ... so from my perspective, it sounds like he's just not into you enough at this point to take it anywhere. Sounds like he's playing the field a little and you are someone he's thinking about, but has not quite decided on who he's really going to focus on. He may just enjoy having a good time right now flirting with people and being friends. I wouldn't read too much into it or put to much energy into the relationship. If he wants to take it further, he will. In the meantime, have fun! Your Freshman year is almost over. Make the most of it!
