With WWE's inability to obtain the right to Ain't No Grave, will Undertaker use Rest In Peace again?

I think they didnt put it on the dvd because they would have had to pay royalties for it but if they used it on tv then i think they are allowed to use it, just not sell dvds with it on it. Or maybe they are allowed and dont want to pay the royalties like how they didnt want to pay royalties to metalica for triple h's entrance on the mania dvd. So i think they may keep his song on tv as johhny cash but change it for dvds.
