Which of these horrible presidents do you prefer: the likeable Bush or really really unlikeable Obama?

Bush is the kinda guy who is so likeable, you would overlook it if he drank all your beers and hit on your sister or something. We didn't mind he was screwing up the country because of that. But Obama is like the snide uptight frat boy in a cardigan who no one likes except for the other fratboys (liberals). But since he isn't likeable we won't disregard his incompetence. But who are we better off under?
