Do you think a WWE PPV (possibly SummerSlam) could work as a festival?!?

No, as WWE would make enough money from the PPV sales to do this. Vince would want to see some major profit that is guranteed and he gets that from what he does with Mania already so can't see him doing this as cool as it would be.
