I had my appendix out on Wednesday, when can I eat popcorn?

I have a crazy addiction to popcorn...probably what caused my appendicitis in the first place lol. I had an appendectomy on Wednesay, when can I eat popcorn again? The surgeon said to progress to a normal diet...never said anything to avoid though
