Military eligibility after a dui diversion program?

I am in Oregon and I am on a DUI diversion program, now, part of the program is a mandatory 90 days of drug/alcohol/addiction recovery counseling. What I am wondering is if I can still enlist in the Army. Because i know that because of the high enlistment rate right now that the Army can afford to be the quite selective.
